I don’t know about you, but I’m not a scientist. In fact, most of us aren’t scientists, but we all need to rely on them. Whether it’s to know if medications are safe, what’s going on with climate change, or other studies that affect our daily lives. This is why I think it’s so important that we all learn the basics of how to spot bad science.
This is something that can take years to fully understand, but I have five books that help create a solid foundation. We’re flooded with information from gurus and people with credentials who don’t have our best interest in mind, so we need to be able to spot the BS when it comes our way.
